A. Information You Provide Directly

Ticket purchase information: billing name, billing address, and payment details. Payment card information is processed by our payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Square) and is not stored on our servers. RSVP and guest list information: name, email, phone number, and party size. Communications: any information you provide when you contact us, respond to surveys, or interact with us on social media. Event entry information: scanned ticket data, ID verification (at the venue), and photos or video captured at our events.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect: Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent, and clicks. Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies: including first-party cookies and third-party tracking from Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, used to measure traffic, attribute ad performance, and personalize advertising. Process payments and send transactional messages (order confirmations, ticket delivery, event updates, refunds). Send marketing email and SMS blasts to individuals who purchase tickets, RSVP to events, or otherwise opt in. These messages may promote upcoming events, parties, ticket releases, and partner offers.
